This superb plate has a white ground with the centre medallion featuring a carp enclosed in a red circle, it is flanked by pheasants among peony and prunus sprays. The rim has a border of the Eight Buddist Emblems contained within 2 red lines. The outer side is white ground and undecorated. Excellent condition. No apparent chips or cracks. Minor wear on rim.
