Back Room Studios is an exciting new platform for Australian contemporary art, showcasing both established and emerging artists, with a focus on Tasmanian practitioners. Its aim is the promotion of work of contemporary visual artists, working across a broad spectrum of mediums and creative platforms.
Back Room Studios also offers the opportunity to purchase an extensive variety of Asian Antiques from a private collection procured over decades. All antiques are sold in good faith with dating as per initial purchase.
We acknowledge Tasmanian Aboriginal People as traditional custodians of this land. We pay respect to Elders past, present and future, as they hold the memories, traditions, culture and hope for generations to come.
