This pretty bowl has a gilt rim with the centre medallion depicting a carp encircled by a blue line. The rim has a border of four stylized floral scrolls contained within 2 blue circles. The outer side featuring on each side a gold-creasted pheasant in flight among peony & prunus sprays. The base has a 2 tierred border of “jui-i” lappetes and feathery classic scrolls. Excellent condition. No apparent chips or cracks. Red chop on base.
