Lovely Chinese antique, Qing Dynasty, laquered wooden rice barrel with metal fittings. The lid has an engraved circle with a patern engraved inside it. It has metal handles, metal lid pull, a metal ring around the barrel which has slipped slightly & a metal band aound the base. Very good condition given its age & use.
